Build Like A Girl

Founded by carpenter and builder Jo Farrell in early 2020, Build Like A Girl is a registered not for profit charity with the Australian charities and not for profit commission. We exist to promote and encourage women to pursue trade careers and apprenticeships, provide mentoring and training support, and provide industry leading culture change programs for the Building, construction, mining, infrastructure and renewables sector.

Our aim is to enhance the visibility of female apprentices, tradeswomen and builders across Australia.

Build Like A Girl will be participating in the Meet a Tradie Hub ( only) and will be hosting the 9.30-11.30am session on Saturday 14 March.
